Team PRO Event's
2012 schedule of activities features
major indoor and outdoor public events throughout the
San Francisco Bay Area.
Many Bay Area communities enjoy Team PRO Event's
involvement in their annual events such as Larkspur's
Flower & Food Festival, Burlingame's Art & Jazz Festival, and
Millbrae's Art and Wine Festival.
Team PRO Event's numerous past events include: The
California Academy of Sciences 150th Anniversary
Celebration, The Polk Street Festival, The SPCA Animal
Wingding and The Celebration
of Craftswomen were presented for many years indoors
at San Francisco's premier Fort Mason Center.
Steven Bajor founded PRO Event in 1993. The company was created to provide
extensive and personal services in event management. These were designed to
address the unique requirements of many cultural events
such as community celebrations, fairs and festivals.
Bajor focused on event design and development in the
late seventies at a time when these types of professional
services were almost nonexistent. Showcasing his skills
through landmark events, activities and national sports
promotions including the Sausalito Art Festival and the
first national Windsurfing and Snowboarding tours.
PRO Event was incorporated in 2002 under the official
title of Team PRO Event, Inc. The name reflects both
the philosophy and perspective of this company priding
itself on cooperative and partnership relationships.
Currently Team PRO Event Inc's activities represent an
extensive client & associate base including: National
Corporations, Chambers of Commerce, Merchant
Associations, City Agencies, and Non Profit
Organizations.
Mission Statement:

the design, development and management of exceptional Fairs, Festivals
and Special Events.
Our goals for these events is to celebrate, educate and promote the sharing of ideas, arts, cultures and
lifestyles.

2009 was a challenging year.
Your was likely much like ours: Of the sixteen events Team Pro produced, most broke even, some lost
money and a few made a small margin of profit.
Team PRO is dedicated to producing and promoting events that provide an important and successful marketplace
for our Exhibitors. There were no Exhibitor Fee increases in 2010 and we are committed to providing
exceptional Exhibitor service.
Hopefully our ongoing Schedule reflects our dedication to that end.
For 2012, we have elected to focus our efforts on a limited number of events. We will feature only those that
have proven themselves or show exceptional potential.
Team PRO's 2012 Schedule of Events is included with our mailer. 2012 Apps available in late November.
We would like to address the absence of the North Beach Festival from our Schedule.
Team PRO has a contractual right of first refusal to produce the North Beach Festival for this year. After
almost twenty years developing this wonderful event, we are going to pass. We are proud of our role in
developing this event. Sadly it has regressed to another "drunk fest" like the Union Street and
Fillmore Street Festivals. It was never our intent to be involved with this kind of event. Our goals are much
higher and not primarily profit oriented, no matter what the beer sales may bring.
We feel the North Beach Festival no longer reflects our mission.
We feel a great responsibility to you, our Exhibitors, to design and produce events with the best possible
opportunity for you to enjoy good sales, have a low hassle experience, and a genuinely good time.

Event Season in 2012.
