The 22nd Annual Larkspur Flower & Food Festival
May 27th, 2012 (11 am to 6 pm)
Presented by the
Larkspur Community Association this event is held on Magnolia Avenue between Ward and King Streets, in downtown Larkspur, in Marin
County, CA.
The Larkspur Community Association invites you to celebrate the beginning of Summer at the Bay Area's longest running festival of
flowers and food. The Larkspur Flower and Food Festival is now in its 22nd year! Nestled at the foot of majestic Mt. Tamalpais,
Magnolia Avenue is a perfect setting to enjoy California's summer offerings of nature's bouquets and taste samples of the Bay Area's
finest gourmet foods. Fernando of Ward Street Café will be at the festival with his famous pull pork sandwiches, Thai slaw, chicken
skewers with hosin honey glaze, and pasta salad with tomato dill sauce! Marcel Lawson chef and owner for Back Yard BBQ will be
back by popular demand. Try his award winning Baby back ribs, steak sandwich, BBQ chicken or Hot Links!
Enjoy live music throughout the day featuring the James Mosley Band, Doc Kraft and Lavay Smith and her Redhot Skillet Lickers
while you shop for unique flower and food related arts and crafts. Since this is a fun family event, there will be a kids
corner with a large jumpy and face painting brought to you by the Twin Cities Co-Op!
