Team PRO Event's 2017 Schedule of Events offers a wide range of exceptional Exhibitor and
Concessioner opportunities at many events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We feel
strongly that we are in partnership with our Exhibitors and have a responsibility to
provide the most enjoyable and profitable experience possible. Application Forms and other
materials are available on this page for convenient download following each event listing,
unless otherwise noted.
The selection process varies according to each event, however we strive to be consistent
in reviewing and making selections on a monthly basis. Exhibitor notice of status is sent
via email within a week of review. Applications are accepted until an event is filled,
however deadlines for earlybird fees do apply.
A balance of mediums and categories are taken into consideration during selection, with
priority given to early applicants and exhibitors with seniority.

29th Annual May Madness Classic Car Parade
May 6th, 2017 • The longest running car parade in Northern California. Hundreds vehicles of all types,
including classic cars, hot rods and customs line the streets of downtown San Rafael. The event culminates with the Parade
down Fourth Street. This family oriented event provides a great time for participants and audience alike. May Madness invites
Exhibitors of automotive products and services, car memorabilia, and car-themed fashion and merchandise to participate this
year. Exhibitor and commercial applications coming soon.
19th Annual Sunset Celebration Weekend
May 20th & 21st, 2017, Sonoma, CA •
Presented by Sunset Magazine, this two-day event is la crème de la crème of Garden Party presentations.
This well attended event takes place on the beautiful grounds at Cornerstone in Sonoma, CA.

36th Annual Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival
June 3rd & 4th, 2017, Walnut Creek, CA • Continuing a tradition begun in 1982, the Walnut Creek Chamber of
Commerce presents the "Kick Off" event of the summer. The Festival draws more than 65,000 visitors to Heather Farm
Park over the two-day event. The Art & Wine Festival offers plenty for the entire family. In addition to award
winning wines and microbrews, the Festival comes alive with two entertainment stages, traditional and ethnic foods,
and a spectacular children's area! We are working in partnership with the Walnut Creek Chamber to further develop
this event's redesign and pump up the publicity and advertising campaigns. Exhibitor Categories for this event
include Fine Arts & Crafts, Packaged Gourmet Foods, Accessible Arts, Vintage and Lifestyle Products. Exhibitors
from the flourishing Indie Fashion Movement and cutting edge Design and Craft Products will be showcased for 2017.
We continue with the new layout developed for 2016, which includes an Exhibitor Drive-in option.
Saturday, June 3rd from 11 am to 7 pm and Sunday, June 4th from 11 am to 6 pm.

2nd Annual Menlo Summerfest
July 15th & 16th, 2017, Menlo Park, CA • An exciting rebranding of the 30 year annual Connoisseurs Marketplace.
Menlo Summerfest for 2017 features fine Arts and Crafts Exhibitors, wonderful Food Concessions along with many new and
exciting presentations. A major publicity and advertising campaign promotes exceptional attendance. Following review of
the 2016 layout, some changes will be made to Concession locations, including more central locations for higher visibility
and increased sales. Team PRO Event will be handling many strategic areas including Food Concessions, Operations and
Entertainment for 2017. Saturday, July 15th and Sunday, July 16th from 10 am to 6pm

47th Annual Millbrae Art & Wine Festival
September 2nd & 3rd, 2017, Millbrae, CA • This event is held along seven blocks of Broadway Avenue in Downtown
Millbrae. The Millbrae Art & Wine Festival is the premier event on the Peninsula on Labor Day Weekend. Exhibitor Categories
for this event include Fine Arts & Crafts, Packaged Gourmet Foods, Accessible Arts, Vintage and Lifestyle Products.
Exhibitors from the flourishing Indie Fashion Movement and cutting edge Design and Craft Products will be showcased for 2017.
With over 250 outstanding exhibitors and great music on multiple stages, the Festival consistently draws over 65,000 attendees.

61st Annual Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival**
September 16th & 17th, 2017, Mill Valley, CA • This little gem of a fine Arts Festival in Mill Valley reflects the
spirit of Mill Valley and its purpose of supporting established independent artists and emerging student artists. Our
outstanding entertainment features local and Bay Area performers on the Main Stage and Children's Grove.

21st Annual Mill Valley WinterFest

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Mill Valley WinterFest, one of this community's iconic annual events.
Celebrating its 21st Anniversary this year, this event has blossomed into a celebration that features snow sliding,
a day-long program of entertainment, a visit by Santa Claus, an antique fire truck, food from local restaurants and
food vendors, and culminates with a spectacular tree lighting ceremony.
